Senior CMS Technical Architect

The Senior CMS Technical Architect will lead the implementation of primarily our WordPress and Drupal implementation projects for our large Fortune 500 clients.

The Senior CMS Technical Architect is a key role in the development and delivery of our clients’ high quality websites. Leading these projects, the Architect will analyze existing technology, develop technical plans for site implementation into the platform-based CMS, as well as configure and develop the site in the CMS as needed. The Senior CMS Technical Architect will lead all technical aspects and manage other project team members as needed.

Requirements:

Experience leading the design and implementation of WordPress and Drupal CMS projects
Experience with Agile development methodology and workflow
LAMP stack configuration for high traffic/availability sites
PHP/DBA and Drupal Development skills for code state review
Platform assessment experience
Drupal Architect Skills with an understanding of Drupal 6, and 7 (knowledge of Drupal 8 preferred)
and content migration experience, from 6 to 7 and the risks associated.
WordPress Architect Skills with advanced knowledge beyond theming
(Hooks, Actions, Filters, Frameworks, WordPress Development in a team structure and multiple environments)
Drupal to WordPress Migration experience and the risks associated

Sr. Project Manager

Moving Interactive is a fast growing interactive agency seeking a Sr. Project Manager to manage and successfully deliver high profile creative front-end projects. The Sr. Project Manager will provide strategic insight and direction into developing innovative solutions for our clients. The Sr. Project Manager will lead the project team to accurately delivery clients’ needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of related experience in managing multiphased, complex front-end projects
Successfully delivered digital marketing and technology solutions on large sized projects through
the entire lifecycle, with experience in a consulting environment highly preferred
Proven ability to manage strategic projects with Fortune 500 clients.
Experience leading and motivating a cross-functional project team within budget and
schedule constraints while exceeding client's expectations.
Experienced multiple full-project lifecycles from business development to final delivery
Demonstrated ability to craft and define a strategic business solution based on broad client goals
Knowledge of web development including strategies, design, implementation, and user adoption.
Expertise knowledge of Project Management principles
Experience with Microsoft Project and/or other standard project planning tools
Experience using software development lifecycle and agile development methodologies
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA / Master's degree preferred

Moving Interactive also provides platforms to accelerate the creation of social applications, websites and mobile applications.

The candidate should have experience selling digital media interactive services and large digitals projects such as content management, digital commerce, website design, social media, video production and digital mobile solutions.

Responsibilities:	Bringing in new business every year totaling 3 to 5 million dollars of digital product development work in the web, mobile, and social media space Finding leads, writing proposals, closing business, and negotiating and enforcing contracts Managing the P&L for his/her book of business and ensuring profitable delivery through solid planning and strong oversight of delivery projects Being the team escalation point for all major project issues Building trusted relationships with C-level clients Participating in defining the company's sales and marketing strategy

5+ years of experience in software development

Experience working on a team that has developed and shipped mobile consumer software applications
