US Positions 

 
Vice President of Technical Delivery  

We are seeking a Vice President of Technical Delivery who will oversee
all of our technical implementation work for web and mobile platforms.
This includes responsibility for oversight and active involvement in
project estimating, technical architecture, development standards and
methodologies, project execution, and quality assurance.
Candidates should have 10+ years experience leading web implementation
projects and has more recently also been working actively in the
mobile space. Qualified candidates would have good working knowledge
of various CMS and commerce systems, and the key web development
platforms including dot net and various flavors of open source. This
is also a client-facing role so candidates should be able to present
themselves as a senior executive and be able to communicate with
non-technical client stakeholders very effectively. Skills cultivating
talented technical teams are highly valued as this individual is
responsible for a technology implementation team of 40+ people. Candidates should also have proven experience defining process
standards and tools (including Agile) in order to run a high
functioning technology organization that produces predictable results
and high quality outputs. The ideal candidate should have experience leading digital technology practices in large consulting firms or agencies, or within major consumer-focused corporations.
Though not required, because we have a large operation in Peru,
Spanish language skills are extremely helpful.

Peru Positions

 
Graphic Web Designer

We are looking for a professional with experience in graphic design and strong experience in HTML, JavaScript, Action Script, CSS, XLST and Photoshop.  This position is based in Lima, Peru.

 

Senior .NET Programmer

We are looking for a Senior .NET Programmer with at least 6 years experience managing .NET Framework 3.0 or 3.5,  and  MS Sql 2005.  Experience with Application Blocks, architecture in layers, and business applications also required.   It is preferred that this person also has knowledge of UML, WCF, WWF, e-Commerce, CMS, Team System, and Reservation Systems. This position is based in Lima, Peru.

 

Advanced MS COMMERCE Developer

We are looking for a person with at least 6 years of experience in the development and implementation of e-commerce projects using the Microsoft Commerce 2007 platform. A strong knowledge of Pipeline, Commerce Starter Site, Commerce Runtime API, Commerce Management API, and the integration of MS Commerce with other platforms using web services and WCF is also required. Candidate should also have knowledge of  .NET framework 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 and of  MS SQL 2005. Person must be available to live in Lima, Peru for 3 months.

  

Senior Javascript Programmer

We are looking for an Advanced Developer with 6 or more years of experience using JavaScript, CSS, XML, Ajax, and XSLT. This person must have experience in cross-browser development (multiples browsers), and with creating web objects related to UI, such as Menus, Popup, Effects and Animations. 

  

Data Management Lead

Must have experience leading and executing on all of the following:

  • Data modeling.
  • Data architecture (flows, transmissions, etc...)
  • Data migration planning and execution.
  • Use of ETL and automated data quality tools.
  • Business Intelligence tools.
  • RDBMS expertise.
  • DBA skills.
  • Experience managing at least 3 people.
  • Any Master Data Management experience a plus.
  • Any specific experience with Customer Data for Marketing purposes a plus.
  • Any CRM (particularly Salesforce.com) experience a plus.
